Working with WordPress is simple. The platform is created to ease the site building process and help you create a beautiful and functional website without the need to learn coding or any other programming skills.

To use WordPress, however, you must first install it. In the following paragraphs, you will learn how to do it with a few clicks here and there.

How to Install WordPress Using Zacky's Installer

You can run the installation process through the dedicated Zacky App Installer, located in the HOSTCM hosting panel. However, to access the application, you must first register with one of our  website hosting services  . When you've done so, visit the HOSTCM site, and click the green  Login button  in the top right:

This will open the user login page.
Enter your
ClienID  and  password  that you chose when registering for the hosting service and click on  Login  :

This will open the hostcm.com hosting panel:

This is the place from which you can administer all aspects of your future site: you can  manage your passwords  , give access to different users, manage your database, manage your  media library  , as well as buy different services. . Also, from there you will install WordPress. You can do this with the   dedicated Zacky app installer .

Zacky App Installer is software that allows you to install various CMS platforms on your rented server. When you apply for HOSTCM hosting services, you get access to the tool and its simple and intuitive interface.

To locate the installer, first find the large  Hosting Tools box  in the HOSTCM admin panel and find the   noticeably smaller  Website Manager box. There you should see the Zacky App Installer icon:

Click the icon to open the installation menu. You will see a list with all installed software and a big  green  Browse and install apps button. Click on it to find and install WordPress:

When you do, a list of available platforms appears:

However, before going through all the available platforms, it is important to include your preferred domain name in the system. Doing so will ensure that your new site will carry the domain name you registered.

To do this, locate the  Hostname  box and click the small plus icon:

When you click on it, a new menu with options will appear. Click Host a domain name and enter your registered domain. Then click Host a Domain:

Once you've entered your domain name into the system, it's time to proceed with installing WordPress. In the Zacky Installer menu, browse all available applications, locate the WordPress icon and click on it:

This will open a new dialog box with instructions. Follow them carefully and add your preferred credentials, when prompted. Consider a WordPress admin username, WordPress password, and admin email address. This step is very important, because it creates the credentials with which you will work with WordPress  :

To note! Your HOSTCM.com login details are different from the WordPress admin panel login details!

When you have entered everything that is asked of you, click  Install Application  and wait for Zacky Installer to complete the process. Then you will be redirected to a tab with two links to access your site and your WordPress admin panel, as well as a list of all software installed via Zackly Installer:

To note! You will also receive an email to the address you entered when installing WordPress. Read it carefully, as it contains important information about your site, and keep it for future reference.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed WordPress with Zacky App Installer and you can start building your website!
